architectural aesthetics, central location, attractive lobby area

Extremely loud rooms!!! Basic room quality with broken bathroom door!!! Unimpressive spa experience, especially not worth the 65 euros!!! No drinking water provided in room, very disappointing!!!

I loved the location right on the Camino path it was super convenient to stroll to the cathedral just a few minutes away. The room had a beautiful view and was extremely quiet which made for a great night's sleep 💤. The spa area was treat too.

The hotel is ideally located with a charming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided great local tips. However, the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, which could disrupt restful sleep at times.

During my stay, the noise from neighboring rooms was quite disturbing, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. One night, I could clearly hear loud conversations and even music from the room next door.

I had a delightful stay at Via Aetcal Hotel & Wellness. The staff were incredibly accommodating and provided valuable local recommendations. The spa area was a haven of relaxation, complete with a jacuzzi and private sauna, perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the city.

Staff were highly accommodating, helping coordinate a space for a work call right after checkout. The central location made it easy to explore nearby eateries, and the locally loved chopped salads were a delightful addition to my meals.

I truly enjoyed my stay, with the cathedral being just a few steps away and the nearby Parque Alameda providing a lovely spot for a leisurely stroll. it was perfect for exploring all the wonderful sights in this beautiful city.

I stayed in the Premium Double Room and it was super comfy after my long hike. The bed was cozy, and the room felt warm and inviting. I loved that it was quiet, so I could really relax. The shower was hot and refreshing, which was just what I needed. The staff really added to the experience by being incredibly helpful with recommendations!

Had a fantastic time with friends! The wellness area was a great treat after a day of exploring. We appreciated the luggage storage and the tour desk helped us find local sites to visit, including a cool historical site and a lovely park. Definitely recommend it!

One downside was the air conditioning, which didn't work well during our stay. It could get a bit warm in the room, but fans were provided, so it wasn't too bad.
